Indoor: Ran a personal-best 8:45.05 in the 3,000m run at the Indiana Invitational... competed in the 5,000m run and posted a season-best time of 14:58.15 at the Hoosier Relays.
Outdoor: Recorded a season-best time of 9:11.16 in the 3,000m steeplechase in the Penn Relays.
JUNIOR YEAR (2005)
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Competed in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Penn Relays, where he clocked in a season-best 9:12.62.
SOPHOMORE YEAR (2004)
