Senior Year (2006)
Indoor: Captured the Big Ten title in both the 200m and 400m with personal-best times of 20.81 and 45.58, respectively...upped his personal best in the 400m at the NCAA Championships en route to a runner-up finish earning All-America honors and snapping the school record with a time of 45.58...took sixth in the 200m at the NCAAs with a time of 20.81...also was a member of the 4x400m relay team which posted a personal-best 3:14.32 at the Hoosier Hills Invitational.
Junior Year (2005)
Indoor: Helped IU men to a second-place finish at the Big Ten Championships after winning the 200m (21.46)...Placed second in the 400m at the conference championships (47.69)
Outdoor: Won the Big Ten 400m title, earned a runner-up finish in the 200m at the conference championships...Competed in the 400m at the NCAA Mideast Regionals...Finished 19th overall in the 400m at the USATF Championships
Sophomore Year (2004)
Indoor: Earned All-American accolades in the 200m after taking a seventh-place finish at NCAA's...Broke previous school record (21.21-Contrell Ash-2001) with a time of 20.92...Member of IU's record-setting Distance Medley Relay team...Ran 400m leg...Earned second team All-Big Ten in the 400m and as part of the DMR at the Big Ten Championships
Outdoor: Named Big Ten Freshman of the Year as well as Big Ten Male Athlete of the Championships at the conference meet after capturing titles in both the 200 and 400m...His personal best times of 20.39 and 45.05, respectively in these events, broke Big Ten and track records...Both times also rank second on IU's all-time list...Tacked on two more All-American honors to his career after taking a seventh-place finish in the 400m and a 10th-place finish in the 200-meters at NCAA's...Captured first in the 200m at the Florida Relays...Competed in the 200 and 400m the 2004 Olympic Trials in Sacramento, Calif...Finished 17th overall, just missing the cut to advance to the finals in the 400m...Advanced to the quarterfinals in the 200m at the trials
