Summer Happenings With IU Women's Soccer
7/2/2009 - Several members of the IU women's soccer squad have been having successful summer campaigns for their respective teams. Rising senior Jessica Boots and rising junior Leigh Anne Cummings were both named to United Soccer League W-League Team of the Week while rising sophomore Carly Samp led her team to a Region II championship as a member of the U-19 Eclipse Select team. Matthiessen Joins IUWS Staff
Indiana University Head Women's Soccer Coach Mick Lyon today announced the hiring of Stacey Matthiessen as an assistant coach for the program. Matthiessen joins the Hoosiers after a standout career at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and a professional stint with the W-League's Arizona Heatwave.

Women's Soccer Announces 2009 Schedule
The Indiana women's soccer team will play 11 home matches during the 2009 season, head coach Mick Lyon announced today. The Hoosiers open the season with four straight home contests, including one against national power Florida, in addition to five Big Ten home matches.
