Women's Soccer to Host Free Clinic Sunday

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana women's soccer team will host a free clinic for children ages 5-12 prior to its game against Iowa on Sunday, Oct. 14. The one-hour clinic, which will begin at 11:30 a.m. EDT at Armstrong Stadium, will be run by the IU Women's Soccer staff and select student-athletes.

Those wishing to participate in the clinic should fax the application to 812-855-9401 or send an email to meeallen@indiana.edu. Those participating in the clinic will also receive free admission to IU's contest against the Hawkeyes, which is slated to begin at 2 p.m. Check-in for the clinic begins at 11 a.m.

Participants must bring a soccer ball and drinking water to the event. For further inquiries, contact Megan Allen in the marketing department at 812-855-9517.

The Hoosiers will host their final two Big Ten home games this weekend, as Minnesota will face IU on Friday at 7 p.m. Indiana is currently on an 11-game unbeaten streak, is 9-1-2 on the season, and leads the Big Ten with 10 points on a 3-0-1 record.
