83 Hoosiers Earn Spring Academic All-Big Ten Honors
The Big Ten Conference announced on Friday, May 29 that the Indiana Department of Athletics posted 83 student-athletes on the 2009 Spring Academic All-Big Ten team across 10 sports, including two Hoosiers with 4.0 grade point averages. IU was led by 19 honorees from the women's track and field team.

Bergeson and Olson Garner Third Team All-Big Ten Accolades
The Big Ten Conference announced the All-Big Ten teams on Wednesday and the Hoosiers had two players named to the third team, senior shortstop Emily Bergeson (Cleveland, Ill.) and sophomore utility player Sara Olson (Orland Park, Ill.).
